Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Boost Up English collects when you use boostupenglish.com, and how that information is used. Boost Up English is operated by Josh Lewis.

Information we collect

Orders and checkout. When you buy a product or book a session through WooCommerce, we collect information you provide at checkout, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card number on this website.
Contact messages. If you use the Contact Form 7 form on this site, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you submit.
Accounts and lessons. If you create an account or access free training / Tutor LMS content, we store login and account information needed to provide that access.
WhatsApp. The site includes a WhatsApp chat button. If you start a chat, your conversation happens on WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics. We use Independent Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand general traffic and page use on the site.
Embedded videos. Some pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube / Google may collect data according to their own policies when those embeds load or are played.
Spam protection. Contact and similar forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam.
Email delivery. Transactional and site emails (for example order notices and contact form messages) are sent through Gmail using WP Mail SMTP, from boostupenglish9000@gmail.com.
Affiliate links. This site may include affiliate links, including to Rachel’s English. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices.

How we use information

We use the information above to fulfill orders and bookings, provide lesson access, respond to messages, operate and improve the website, prevent spam and abuse, and send emails related to your purchases or requests.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the site—for example payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery (Gmail), form spam protection (reCAPTCHA), and embedded media (YouTube). We do not sell your personal information.
