Package Timeline & Rescheduling
This package is designed for consistent weekly training. To protect results and keep the work effective:
- All 12 lessons must be completed within 16 weeks of your first scheduled session.
- You can reschedule as needed — there are no late-cancellation fees.
- You are responsible for rescheduling any session you cannot attend.
- Once a session has started or been missed without notice, it cannot be moved.
